The Mayville State University volleyball team ran into a tough Concordia College squad on Tuesday as the Cobbers defeated the Comets three games to zero in a non-conference matchup at the Lewy Lee Fieldhouse in Mayville, N.D.

Coming into the contest with Mayville State University, Concordia College was ranked No. 18 in the AVCA national rankings. The Cobbers were riding a seven-game winning streak coming into the contest as well. Concordia is now 20-4 overall.

Mayville State is now 3-20 overall and will move on to face Valley City State University and Jamestown College this weekend on the road.
