What is SAAC?

The Student Athletic Advisory Committee is a student led organization comprised of representatives from each sports program at Mayville State.

It is the mission of SAAC to represent Comet student-athletes by encouraging campus and community involvement, developing leadership and communication skills and creating a positive atmosphere and experience for Mayville State Student Athletes. 

SAAC Goals:

1. Campus & Community involvement

"SAAC helps show the importance of supporting fellow Comet Athletes & how to give back not only to the University but to the community."

2. Developing Leadership & Communication Skills

"In SAAC, members learn how to collaborate with each other to create ideas to make the student athlete experience the best they possibly can."

3. Creating a Positive Atmosphere & Experience for Mayville State Student Athletes

"SAAC partners with administration to enhance the student athlete experience by giving them a voice on what their time at Mayville State should entail."
