The Mayville State University volleyball team finished their regular season on a winning note Wednesday night. The Comets went down to Madison, S.D. and took on the Dakota State University Trojans. MSU came away victorious, taking the match 3-1. 

DSU came out strong and took the first set from the Comets 25-22. But from there the Comets took over and put the game away by taking the next three sets 25-22, 25-18 and 25-19 at DSU Fieldhouse.

The Comets now move on to the Dakota Athletic Conference volleyball tournament, which begins this Saturday, Nov. 6.
