The Mayville State University Comets volleyball team clinched a regional playoff berth on Friday night with a three games to zero win over Dickinson State University at the Lewy Lee Fieldhouse in Mayville, N.D.

MSU controlled the entire match, winning by scores of 25-14, 25-16, and 25-14.

The Comets had a balanced offensive attack throughout the match as Nikki Roholt and Maggie Maroney finished the match with nine kills each. Josette Glatt had eight kills, Brottany Olson had seven, and Abagail Anderson added five.

Ariana Odegard and Laura Kolness set up Comet hitters well throughout the night as Odegard finished with 21 assists and Kolness added 15.

Defensively the Comets were led in digs by Emily Liljestrand with 20 and in blocks by Brittany Olson with four.
