The MSU volleyball team continued to play well on Friday night as the Comets swept Dickinson State University three games to zero in the Lewy Lee Fieldhouse.
Mayville defeated the Bluehawks in set one by a score of 25-22, dominated the second to win by a score of 25-13, and closed out the match in the third and final set with a 25-22 win.
Abagail Anderson led the Comets with 10 kills and
Karee Breon added nine as the pair led the offensive attack.
Ariana Odegard had 20 assists and
Laura Kolness had 14.
On defense the Comets were led by Anderson's five blocks.
Ashley Torgusson led MSU with 15 digs.
The Comets improved to 17-7 on the season and will take on Jamestown College and Valley City State on Saturday during the second day of the DAC Super Weekend in Mayville.
