Mayville State University continued to play well on Saturday, August 27th with a pair of wins over William Penn University and Waldorf College during the final day of competition at the Mount Mercy Tournament in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

The Comets started off their day on Saturday against William Penn University and won in four sets with scores of 25-18, 25-19, 19-25, and 25-5. MSU went on later in the day to defeat Waldrof College for the second time this season by scores of 25-21, 25-10, 23-25, and 25-17.

MSU is now 4-1 on the season.
