The Comets Volleyball team looked to close their 2015 home season with a win against Jamestown. After splitting the first two sets, the Jimmies took control and won the match 3 sets to 1.
Jamestown used a 10-4 run in the middle of set one to gain some breathing room against the Comets and ultimately won 25-21. The second set was extremely tight, as neither team ever held a led of more than two points, with five service errors by the Jimmies being the difference. The Comets scored the last two points of the set to even the match, winning 27-25. The Jimmies attack revved into high gear the next two sets, as they managed 33 Kills with only 6 errors for a .466 hitting percentage. The Comets were unable to keep up and dropped the final two sets 25-15 and 15-11.

Megan Kolness each collected 8 Kills, with Kolness adding 25 assists.
Sydney Boom led the team with 18 Digs.
The Comets record now stands at 10-21, and finish their regular season this weekend against Valley City State and Clarke.
