Coach
Lindsey Johnson loved seeing the fight in her team during the day's action: "In the first match today, it was nice to see the ladies fight back and end with a victory. We came back from being down 0-2 and finishing the match was huge for us. In our second match, I felt like we had moments where we did great things and moments where we lapsed and allowed a lot of runs. We were offensively very balanced and the loss was one to build on."
The Comets keep their record at .500 at 3-3 after the day's split, and head into Saturday's action that starts at
10:00 a.m. versus Sterling College, and then Mount Marty College at 4:0 p.m.
