Comets defeat Blue Hawks in four sets Thursday night

Dickinson, N.D. – The Mayville State University Volleyball team picked up a four-set victory against Dickinson State Thursday night. The Comets bounce back after a three-set loss to the Vikings on Thursday night and end a two-game losing streak.

How It Happened:
The Mayville State Comets recorded 42 kills on 18 errors for 155 total attacks for a .155 hitting percentage.
The Dickinson State Blue Hawks tallied 54 kills 33 attacking errors on 171 total attacks for a .123 hitting percentage.
The Comets also recorded 71 digs, 41 assists, 12 total blocks, and four aces. Samantha Passa, Jordyn Lucas, Payton Richter, and Elora Passa each recorded a service ace.
After Mayville State won the first set 25-22, the Blue Hawks picked up a second set victory 25-16 to tie the match at one.
