Mayville State University Athletics

Andrew Loudenback joined the Comets in April 2020 as the offensive coordinator. A Colorado native, Loudenback comes to Mayville from Colorado School of Mines, where he was wide receivers and tight ends coach.
 
While at Mines, the Orediggers when 12-1 in 2019, winning the RMAC conference championship and advanced to the second round of the NCAA playoffs. One of his wide receivers from last season received 2^nd team All-RMAC and three more players to Honorable Mention. Prior to Mines, he served as a graduate assistant at St. Cloud State, where he worked primarily with the wide receivers.
 
Loudenback played football at Montana Tech from 2014-16 where he played quarterback and tight end. Andrew threw for 1600 yards and 15 touchdowns in three seasons for the Orediggers. As a tight end he tallied 15 receptions for 185 yards and two touchdowns. He graduated from Montana Tech in 2016 with a degree in Business Information and Technology Management.
 
A Colorado native, Loudenback starred at Chaparral High School in Parker, where he was a two-time captain and four-year starter at quarterback. He led Chaparral to two Continental Conference championships, throwing for 4,715 yards and 47 touchdowns in his prep career.
 
Andrew lives in Mayville with his wife, Maggie.
