Scott Olsen enters his 3rd season as assistant football coach for the Comets. For the 2023 & 2024 seasons, Olsen served as the defensive line coach but was promoted to Co-Offensive Coordinator in the spring of 2025 along side Jack Mullen.

Olsen is no stranger to the offensive side of football. He constructed the offense at Hillsboro High School where he won three state titles and two runner up titles.
