Biography

Before MSU:
Gunnar is a 2026 graduate of Red Lake County Central High School and is originally from Brooks, Minnesota. He was a multi-sport athlete, playing football, basketball and baseball all four years of high school. He was an All-Section Player (FB) in 2026; Honorable Mention All-Conference (FB) in 2025 and 2026. In 2025 and 2026 he was All-Section and All-Conference player (BSB), his team was 2025 Class A State Champions and he was Academic All-State his senior year.

Gunnar is the son of Ashley and Dave and has two siblings... Aubrey and Ellie. He plans to major in Agribusiness.
