Biography

Before MSU:
Prior to transferring to Mayville State, Nathan played two seasons at Gavilan College out of Gilroy, California. During his time there he was 2x JUCO All-Conference Honorable Mention. He graduated from Gavilan in the spring of 2023.

Before Gavilan:
Nathan is a 2021 graduate of Live Oak High School and is originally from Morgan Hill, California where he played football all four years. During his time at Live Oak, he was a 2x Mt. Hamilton All-League O-Lineman.

He is the son of Rosalie Burnett and Mitch Zavaleta and has two siblings: Renee & Zack. He plans on majoring in sports management and business administration.
