Before MSU:
Erik is a 2023 graduate from Hillcrest Lutheran Academy out of Fergus Falls, Minnesota where he played football, basketball and golfed (2x All-Conference, State Qualifier) all four years. After graduation, he attended Minnesota State Community & Technical College where he golfed for the Spartan's for two seasons where he was awarded teh Coaches' Award 1x.

He is the son of Carrie & Henrik and has four siblings: Noah, Annika, Luke & Britta. He plans to major in business administration.
