Claire is a 2021 graduate of Grafton High School where she played volleyball and basketball all four years. She also ran track for 3 years and was on the golf team for 2.

During her high school volleyball career, she held the school record for digs in a single season, was on the All-Region Team, recorded 523 digs, 31 aces, and a .930 serve reception percentage.

Bjorneby is the daughter of Chris and Christine.
