Before MSU:
Sienna comes to the Comets after two seasons at Lake Region State College where she played volleyball for the Royals. During her time there, she played in 65 total matches, racking up 357 kills and 424 digs. She was named the International Student Athlete of the Month 1x and was on the President's List all four semesters. She graduated in the spring of 2025.

Before Lake Region:
Sienna is a 2023 graduate of Glenboro High School out of Glenboro, Manitoba, Canada where she was a four sport athlete all four years participating in volleyball, basketball, softball and track. She was named Manitoba High School Athletic Association 'A' Female Athlete of the Year, the Glenboro School Athlete of the Year and was on Honor Roll with distinction.

She is the daughter of Angie & Robert Gundason and has one brother, Landon. She plans to major in allied health.
