Mayville State University travelled to Rapid City and Spearfish, S.D. this weekend and came up on the losing end in two games. The Comets fell to SD Tech 65-47 and came up short against Black Hills State83-58.

Hailey Longtin led the Comets against SD Tech with 15 points. Laura Taylor had 9 points and 10 rebounds. Erin Ericson also finished the game with 9 points.

Against Black Hills State Longtin led the way with 17 points. Kay Laforet added 13 points while Angela Tauer chipped in with 9.
