Before MSU:
Evan graduated from Foutain-Fort Carson high school in 2019. He played basketball there , winning a league championship in his senior year. After high school, Evan attended Trinidad state college. Playing basketball for two years and winning 2 region 9 championships.
Off the court: He is the son of Laura and Bryan Mcminn and has two brothers. He is majoring in exercise science.
