Biography
Before MSU:
Gavin attended Thompson Public School and graduated in the class of 2025. He played 4 years of Varsity basketball and was the team captain. His team got fourth place at the 2025 state basketball tournament where he was selected for the all-tournament team. He was also selected for All region team and second team All State. He also played football and was the team captain.

He is the son of Sheri and Andy Krogstad and has a sister Mya. He plans to major in Agribusiness.
