As a Comet:
2023-24: Played in 5 games averaging 3.8 minutes, scored a total of 6 points on the season. Had a career high of 6 points in a game against Haskell where she went 2-2 behind the arc.
2022-23: Played in 12 games averaging 4.3 minutes, scored a total of 12 points and had 10 rebounds on the season. Scored a season high of 4 points against Providence.Â
Ava is a 2022 graduate of Mountain Iron-Buhl High School where she played basketball and softball and also ran cross country. She was named All-Conference her junior and senior year, made 4 state tournament appearances and were section championships.
She was the National Honor Society president, received a Math Team All-Conference Award and was an Exemplary Honor Roll member all 4 years. She plans to major in business administration.
Butler is the daughter of Andy and Janelle and has one sibling, Nolan.
