Biography

As a Comet:
2026: In her first year as a Comet, Lisa-Marie was second on the team in batting average. She posted .387 overall and .378 in conference. She had 43 hits on the season, 14 RBIs, 11 walks and just 5 strikeouts. She started in 32 of 42 games played, where she was primarily the right fielder and committed zero errors on the season.

Before MSU:
Lisa-Marie is a 2025 graduate of Santa Rosa Academy out of Lake Elsinore, California where she was a four year starter for the softball team. She was 4x First Team All-League, 2x Presidential Silver Honor Roll & 2x Presidential Gold Honor Roll. She played for Semper Fi Lucero 18u travel ball organization.

She is the daughter of Hector & Georgina Cante and has one brother, Samuel. Cante plans to study communications at MSU.
