The Mayville State University men's basketball team returned from Christmas break to take on Northwestern College and Dordt College on December 28-29 in the Dordt College Classic.

MSU fell to Northwestern College by a score of 85-79 and lost to Dordt College the following day 74-59.

The Comets are now 5-8 and will resume Dakota Athletic Conference compeition next weekend.
