The Mayville State University men's basketball team dropped a pair of road games to South Dakota Tech and Black Hills State this past weekend.

Shavontae Samules scored 21 points against SD Tech to lead all scorers as the Comets fell 85-70. Ross Aman finished with a double-double scoring 15 points and grabbing 12 rebounds.

MSU fell short the following night against Black Hills State with a 58-49 loss in Spearfish, S.D. Bryen Pyles led the Comets with 13 points.
