The Mayville State women's basketball team has released their 2019-20 schedule. The Comets will open up the season at home on October 19 against Brandon University, then stay at home for their next three games - two against Providence College on October 26 and 27 and a matchup against the University of Jamestown on November 1. Then the team will be on the road for much of November, traveling to St. Xavier and Robert Morris, then playing exhibition games at the University of Mary and Bemidji State.

Coach Dennis Hutter's team will open up the North Star Athletic Association portion of their schedule on the road against Presentation on December 7. Throughout the conference schedule, the Comets will be on the road for much of January, then play five of the last seven North Star matchups inside the Lewy Lee.

The Comets finished last season with a 19-8 overall record and a 11-3 mark in conference play, earning the conference regular season title and Coach Hutter's eighth consecutive winning season.
