Men's Basketball travels to two GPAC schools this weekend

Mayville, N.D. – The Mayville State Men's Basketball team travels to two GPAC schools on Friday and Saturday in Dordt Defenders and Northwestern Red Raiders. The tip-off for both games are at 7:30 pm from Sioux Center and Sioux City, Iowa.

Quick Hits on the Comets:
The Comets enter the matchup with the Defenders and Red Raiders with a 1-0 overall record defeating Martin Luther College on Sunday by a final score of 71-59.
Mayville State shot 40.6 percent from the field, 24.1 percent from behind the 3-point line, 48.0 rebounds, and 19 rebounds.
Defensively, the Comets allowed 36.4 percent from the field, 36.8 percent from behind the arc, 38 rebounds, 18 assists, 15 steals, and four blocks.
