Comet Baseball travels to Valley City for midweek conference doubleheader

Mayville, N.D. – The Mayville State Baseball team travels to Valley City State on Tuesday for a conference doubleheader against the Vikings. The first pitch is scheduled for 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm against the Vikings.

The Mayville State baseball team enters the game with a 17-8 overall record and 6-2 in conference play, winning their last five games.
Last week, the Comets went down to Presentation College and swept the four-game series against the Saints.
The Comets are averaging a .260 batting average as a team with 202 hits, 47 doubles, four triples, 16 home runs, 126 runs batted in, and a .367 on-base percentage.
