Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 | Box Score 3 | Box Score 4 Saint George, Kan. – The Mayville State Baseball struggles offensively, as Trojans swept the Comets in four games on Friday and Saturday.

Game One:
Final Score: Mayville State 0, Dakota State 3
 
How It Happened:
The Comets would have a tough time finding any offense as they would be held scoreless with only three hits in the game. The Trojans would score their three runs early in the first three innings. Comets had a chance in the fourth inning after Lawin would advance to second on a sacrifice from Ferrera, but were unable to capitalize. 
Mayville State would have a chance in the sixth inning after Lundmark reaches on an error and would later steal second. They would also have an opportunity in the seventh after a single frm Jessamine and advanced to second on a groundout, but couldn't capitalize in either inning.
 
Individual Leaders:

Ryan Froemke: 2.2 IP, 0 ER, 1 Strikeout
Preston Edinger: 2 IP, 0 ER, 1 Strikeout

Game Two:
Final Score: Mayville State 0, Dakota State 3

The pitching and defense in this one was great from both teams. The Trojans would score all three of their runs in the first and second inning of the game as the Comets were held scoreless.
Mayville state would have a chance to answer back in the third and fourth inning. Sadly in both innings the Comets would leave the bases loaded. In the 8th inning, MSU would have another chance to score as they would have runners on second and third with one out but would leave stranded.

Game Three:
Final Score: Mayville State 3, Dakota State 4

The Comets had a good back and forth matchup in game three. Lundmark would tie the game up at 1 in the first inning with a solo home run. In the second Marquez would single scoring Jessamine to give the Comets a 2-1 lead.
The Trojans would take the lead back in third and stretch it out in the sixth with a 4-2 lead. A double from Jessamine in the sixth scoring Majors would cut it down to 4-3 but couldn't quite catch up.

Game Four:
Final Score: Mayville State 2, Dakota State 12

The Trojan offense was too powerful in game four. The Trojans would get out to an early 2-0 lead in the top of the second inning. In the bottom of the second the Comets would answer with a sacrifice fly from Senden scoring Jessamine to cut it to 2-1. 
In the third inning, Lundmark would hit a solo home run evening up the score at 2-2. The Comets wouldn't score for the rest of the game as the Trojans would score 10 unanswered runs, including a grand slam in the seventh inning.
